After several years of planning work, lot 807 has recently cleared its WA Planning Commissions conditions and has been titled.
The previous lots were used as a semi formal carpark, the carpark has now been resealed and line marked to increase the number of bays available to 41.
Once Grandstand Way is opened in September 2026, it is planned that the Morrison Rd vehicle access will close and all vehicle access will be off Grandstand Way.
The next stage in preparing the lot for sale is relocation of the bore and filtration plant that service the New Junction greenspace to the proposed Residential Park, and shifting the existing toilet bock onto Weeip Park.
